The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding and private event venue located in Castle Rock, Colorado — just 25 minutes south of Denver and 40 minutes north of Colorado Springs. Overlooking the 18th hole of the picturesque Plum Creek Golf Course, the venue boasts sweeping views of Castle Rock’s iconic castle-shaped butte, known by locals as “The Rock.”
Originally built as the TPC Plum Creek Clubhouse and designed by renowned architect Paul Thoryk, the venue underwent a complete, top-to-bottom renovation in 2020 to create an elevated and timeless event experience. Blending vintage charm with modern amenities, The Oaks features several thoughtfully designed event spaces that can be combined for both grand celebrations and intimate gatherings.
Our Ballroom features exposed oak beams, two-story ceilings and dramatic windows that fill the space with natural light. The Art Deco–inspired cocktail lounge offers a glamorous backdrop for mingling with cocktails or dancing the night away. Wedding couples enjoy two private getting-ready suites: a spacious bridal suite with spa and a groom’s room complete with a state-of-the-art golf simulator.

EVENT SPACES
THE BALLROOM
With vaulted ceilings, massive oak beams and wraparound windows, your guests will enjoy spectacular views from every seat. Dinner seating for up to 230 guests.
BAR & LOUNGE
This Art-Deco-inspired space features plenty of soft seating, a full bar, wall-mounted TVs, retro lighting and easy access to the wraparound patio. The multi-use space is perfect for cocktail hour, smaller dinner parties and after-dinner dance parties.
CEREMONY SITES
We have several options for your wedding ceremony, no matter season or weather. Outdoors, enjoy the awe-inspiring views of Castle Rock with our fully-matured Scrub Oak trees as a backdrop. Indoors, you have two stunning options – the expansive feel of The Ballroom or the dramatic stone wall backdrop in the Foyer.
BRIDAL SUITE & SPA
Get ready on the wedding day with your crew in our 2,500 square foot bridal suite equipped with swinging bed, plenty of soft seating, private restrooms, outdoor courtyard and spa area featuring two massage tables and steam room. Book the full-day buyout with lunch and mimosas to relax and truly enjoy your special day.
GOLF SIMULATOR
Our Groom’s Room is equipped with a top-of-the-line Trackman golf simulator, private restrooms with shower and premium sound system to play your own music. Hit the links and get ready in style. Or if golf isn’t your thing, put on the big game on our 15′ screen!
THE SPEAKEASY
Our Speakeasy Game Room features a pool table, dart board, shuffle board and the coolest vintage bar in town. Reserve the space during your event as an additional watering hole.
