Connells understand that each development they deal with is unique and therefore they put together a bespoke marketing service for each developer client. They also appoint a new homes sales manager for every site we market. They use their expertise to ensure branches maximise sales opportunities as well as keeping you informed.
Connells envisage five offices being able to support the development. All relevant staff will first visit the site to enable them to be fully conversant with unit types, specification and availability.
Each negotiator will also be booked to spend time at the development doubling up with New Homes Sales Manager to be trained further on product knowledge and how to read the working drawings in case they need to sell off plan. This way we ensure that our staff will be happy to conduct viewings at all times.
